Re: Three Light
You can see a new addition to Blue Sushi in that first photo. They added a mezzanine and cut a hole in the existing roof to add some ceiling height and light.

Re: Three Light
Will this be topped out by the time of the NFL draft? Seems like its taking almost a month per floor.

Re: Three Light
It was moving fast initially but last few months it seems like it's moving really slow now height-wise

I’m not intimately familiar with the construction timeline but I know they’re on schedule. I haven’t heard of any particular goal of having it topped out by the draft.

PNC is a major sponsor, wouldn’t be surprised to see them open a location.

Good point. I have no hard info on this, was just speculating based off how involved PNC is with the district overall.Anthony_Hugo98 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 9:23 amOnly a few blocks from their cross roads location?

No, I wouldn't classify any bank, anywhere as exciting. The possibility I'm talking about would be a higher end food & drink concept, locally owned and operated.KCPowercat wrote: ↑Mon Dec 05, 2022 9:26 amLet's hope this isn't the "exciting concept" mentioned in the 3L thread.

Re: Three Light
sat at a bar next to a couple construction workers in high vis around thanksgiving, bartender was asking them about the status and they were talking about how it was running behind schedule and they weren't getting through the floors as quickly as expected in the current phase. i think they said more specifics but i didn't understand them and/or forgot them. anecdotally it seemed more like a "routine things are taking 5% longer" explanation than a "yeah there was a big problem" explanation.
optimistic for the vibes at this sushi place.

Re: Three Light
The "W" columns are looking very striking now with the floors above being enclosed in glass.

Loving the darker glass and I know earthling must be too.
It's already looking like the best design so far.

You mean to say that, much like airport, people jumped way to fast to conclusions before the thing was even finished...
