The CityScene KC article last week about the Spark co-working announcement said it was 35% leased.

Seems like a dubious claim although Stranger Things have happenedKCtoBrooklyn wrote:This article in the Star says Two Light is already fully leased. I find that a little hard to believe. Any input, Stranger Things?

Oh no, my joke totally missedStrangerThings wrote:It's not 100% leased, no idea where that came from. Appreciate the sidewalks being reopened as soon as possible and before big 12. Thanks cordish and construction peeps...
First time seeing how many curb cuts two light introduced to grand....but on the other hand it's pretty obvious cordish is planning for a freeway cap based on the southern ground level. That's exciting in itself.

But One Light integrates perfectly, as well... and no new curb cuts!StrangerThings wrote:The southern side of Two Light on Truman is by far my favorite curb appeal and building entrance so far. Granted One Light didn’t have much space to work with.

Since we're all busy fighting with each other, I finally got the chance to walk around this building and I think it's really nice.
Credit to them for clearing the sidewalks so fast and making it look good. I can't wait to see the finished result.

From that view, you can also bitch about how they ruined the facade of Oak Tower.

Just teasing ...I like the two new billboards too even though they are almost all ads....
I was stoked to see a led board in the initial plan, glad it remained and will have interesting programming.
