I believe much of this area around downtown OP has been rezoned to multi-family rather than single family residential. Hopefully this project is just a sign of what's to come. Glad to hear the retail will be fronting Metcalf.

I went from the northland into central JoCo on Tuesday (reminded me why I didn't like working in central JoCo)
I'm amazed that Metcalf can handle that many more cars on it to get to multi-family density. The KCATA will be planning to add more bus service to the corridor before too long
