As requested, here are some updated pics of the H&R Block construction site:


Overview of the Block block:



Zoom in on the parking lots where the main building will sit. They have been doing utility work here the past several days and these lots are no longer open for use.




Birds-eye view of the lettering removal on the President. I'm very curious why they removed these particula rletters and then stopped.

it would be cool if someone could take a picture a day of a certain development project from the exact same spot at the same angle and time of day (ok many too many conditions there?) and then put all the pics together after the project was completed to create a short animation

cero.....I'm attempting to get that done. I agree that would be cool. If not daily, weekly with the same camera, same zoom, same position.

I'm trying to talk somebody into setting up a webcam, Scooter can't do it but whoever just moved into the clubhouse building might be able to (forgot the username)

I've also contacted the city but haven't heard back.

I'm taking pics of the renovation of the Baker-Vawter building every couple of days. Right now, most of the work isn't on the side I see, but it should be pretty cool once they get the hanging scaffolding on my side. When they finish the building or get close I will post the pics.

I wish Block would make it 5 stories bigger, but I'm glad they're building there as it is.
