Building next to the Majestic

Anyone know what, if anything, is going on with the building north of the Majestic on Broadway? It was on the Nicholson real estate listing, but I can't find it there anymore. Was it purchased and by whom? I can't figure out Kiva. I always thought that building had potential for something cool like a small grocer for Quality Hill.

that whole block is very underutilized.  I haven't heard of anything.

I thought that I remembered seeing paper taped up over the glass recently as though work were going on inside sometime over the last few months.  Maybe I'm wrong though.
