Nice find, but man are they WRONG about Western Auto being the first major residential project downtown since 1975. The City Market and Quality Hill have had major residential projects. If this makes the front page of the news ( and it should), then someone should forward the Fidelity building project info to them (tallest residential edifice in the state). They will really go bonkers.

I haven't heard much publicity about the Fidelity building...has re-development started? You would think you would hear more news about it progress, maybe it's too early in the stages for people to get excited about it. Does anybody know if there are any models available for the public to view? Just curious what the prices ranges will be.

True, but it makes it sound better. One of the KC editors wrote the article, so he may not have thought of QH or was thinking the first single project of its size... Who knows?
