Great article in today's Star about DST and Executive buying up property all around downtown for things like Waddell & Reed's new home, a possibility of H&R Block's new HQ, and other expansion in the SoLo district.
Lots of information in there that I'll have to read again to really get at....but great to see such interest in downtown....buying up property is a solid sign of wanting to be downtown.
DST even bought up a property from a haunted house...one less to deal with.

I wonder if a new developer with no money and no powerful friends, just a good plan, could get money from and the blessing of the city for a project.
