Transatlantic (or international routes for that matter) get announced in Fall and Winter, so likely isn’t that.

Yes, I now do recant my statement now about wanting a TATL because I do not use it as much as you. I only think it would just be 'really cool', whereas you are the true cultured traveling citizen!

You think this is clever, but it just shows you’re too obsessed with this, to what I think is an unhealthy way. I wish you luck.TheUrbanRoo wrote: ↑Tue May 16, 2023 12:38 pmYes, I now do recant my statement now about wanting a TATL because I do not use it as much as you. I think it’s too early, but I do think there is a non-zero percent chance the usmnt bases themselves out of kck which would be big as well.

It’s going to be about the brand/theme. All the other cities are doing it this week too.

No one asked me, but the font and look they picked on their website are atrocious. It's unreadable.

I really hope this isn't what they market around.

They're the same logo lockup (`26` wordmark + city name) in different colors for every host city.

I signed up for ticket updates via email a while back...I would've thought the marketers would have sent an email blast about this to generate some excitement. Missed opportunity for their 'range of activations' push.

I really dislike the branding. Thankfully I only have to try to not care until...2026. lovely.

Agree about the font, but this is cool!
The 'Did You Know' Section of KC's page is not going to help educate people about downtown KC's home state

They were so close. If I was given this project I would have said do something that unites the three American countries hosting and then let each city take the slogan and make it their own locally.Cratedigger wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 8:17 pm Agree about the font, but this is cool!

Re: World Cup 2026 at Arrowhead?
I would have done same design style, but included skyline elements to keep it from being too phalic looking. Outlines of famous buildings faded with fountain in the front down by at least half.
It just is very boring and the font is awful. I'll stop.
