Hot damn! Liking the taller height compared to 2 Light, the variety in the glass curtain wall system, and that green space in the rendering.

That is a lot better than I feared. Not that I cared as much as some of us, but it's still nice to see them mix it up a little.

I can't wait to see the floor plans on those penthouse spaces.
I have no problem with the walkway here. One of the few areas where it makes perfect sense. I like the different design.
Also interested to see how they split up the amenities between them now. Should allow for something cool.
I approve. Bring on the cap!

I'm honestly most excited for the roof sign being "3"

I still think a stylized 3 would look nice. Something like the 3 mobile logo from the UK:
I'd like to think that someone was listening.

We should all take credit for convincing strangerthings (R.I.P.) to share our suggestions.
Whether that claim is true or not doesn't matter!

Cordish listened to us? So much better than initial plans.

It's certainly an interesting design but just a minor observation, the rendering is different than the missing diagrams. The condo levels, in the rendering, appear to be all glass while the massing diagram shows shaded window dividers. Second, the "3" along the roof isn't featured in the rendering and finally, the 3 Light sign close to the ground is different in the missing diagrams. Could just be a few minor things left out in the rendering. Overall, interesting design. Hopefully, they don't pull a fast one and put the same colored glass all over the place.

Are those all full-size balconies on the south side of the building? They do appear to get larger at higher floors, but I"m not sure how much of that might be based on perspective.
Size of the balconies would be relevant to the 670 cap. I assumed the cap in the renderings was an artistic choice/wishful thinking. However, if they are designing full-size balconies on the lower floors, perhaps the cap may be closer to reality than we know.

Wow, I think they just might pull this off. I think this looks really good vs what I was expecting. I think they really tried to break up the monotony of the glass wall and did a pretty good job concerning the footprint they are working with.

You can tell that they didn't put too much time into this rendering as the Alamo theatre has an AMC logo on the side.

I've seen far worse anachronisms in renderings before
