If only. :/. On the upside, we should be getting close to a three light reveal soon.

Is the old mural visible from inside two light or was it totally sealed over?

I can't even come up with a half serious guess on what this is that I would be excited about.
Just give us some normal retail clothing.

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
Lol me not getting excited about downtown stuff. I just created a whole website to track downtown stuff.
Double lol telling a downtown resident of over a decade what we are ready for.
Triple lol having the city manager show up for something that is already being downplayed to someone who lives works plays downtown exclusively and focused all buying goods/services decisions on what is downtown first.

Re: Two Light - 14th & Grand
When "unique" was thrown in was when my excitement dwindled...before that I was stoked to hear what this was that would draw the city manager.
One company's research doesn't tell the whole story. Maybe cordish isn't ready to provide retail using their metrics, etc but that doesn't mean Downtown isn't ready for more retailers.
