Does any1 happen to know what the ECC VINE ST REALESTATE ACQUISITIONS LLC plans to do with land they've acquired along Vine and Paseo?

My understanding is they bought that land to redevelop some housing stock.

If I've got my info straight, this is an individual who purchased this LARGE block of land from Bank of America with plans to build single family homes, condos, retail and office along Vine, 21st, 22nd over to Highland and  I think over to Woodland.  Hundreds of housing units and thousands of sq. ft. of commercial space.

Some of the locations on this property have most amazing views.  Wish 'em luck.
