Giant Ramp on Central?
I'm not sure if I missed this in another thread, but what the hell is the giant ramp sitting on Central next to Bartle just north of 14th St?

Something to do with the Sam's Club convention....maybe Glass is jumping it with a dirtbike.

we walked by that the other night (and got hasseled by the poor cop that got stuck gaurding it, for daring to use the sidewalk even though there was no sign indicating it was closed). Looks to be a ramp for a bike jump - they had a motocross bike sitting there next to it. I figured there was a motocross event at Municipal.
