yeah but the other part of the rumor.....rehab of the Holiday Inn....also maybe instead of the Westport -> Hooters idea they have another site to add something? Probably just the building renovation.
I didn't realize that there's a Holiday Inn in Westport. Actually, now that I think about it, I did realize that. It's interesting that there are two Holiday Inns so close to each other in a less-than-brilliant hotel city. There's one at 45th and Main, which is actually also the subject of a development rumor (http://www.kcskyscrapers.com/newforum/i ... pic=9411.0).
I say, "Bravo"!!! It's about time the surface lots in this town receive the attention they deserve. They are a precious and neglected part of our cities fabric.
