I agree wholeheartedly. The price tag ($100,000,000+) in remaking a needless park is ridiculous.
Especially if the 670 lid comes to fruition.

This would be a great site for another hotel tower. I mean there is enough space for a hotel on one side and apartments on the other. A lot of issues to work out and some sort of incentives are required. No way it happens under the current council.

Yeah, I just honestly don't see the appeal of spending that much money for a simple green space. We don't NEED it if we're going to have the cap.

Heck, a hotel looks better than a plaza anyway.
