More avatar re-sizing help.

Ok, I've tried to modify these things in various freebe place like photobucket and whatnot....but the re-sizing thing never works out....no matter what size I select, the stupid image always comes out the size of a thumbnail.
Toss, KCN, anyone.....please resize this if you have nothing better to do at a certain pt in time down the road.

80 x 80 seems to be the favored size.
