Greek Islands Lot

Greek Islands Lot
Anyone know what is supposed to be built on the former Greek Islands lot in Westport? There is fencing up and the sign for an architectural firm (can't remember the name) but I haven't seen or heard anything else. Have I just missed something?

The city finally gave the owner an ultimatum to fix it up or tear it down. He didn't start work on time so the city made him tear it down. Now he is susposed to be puting up a new two-story building, no word on the tenants yet but I'd bet at least a restaurant.

(I liked the Greek Island building; it's a shame it sat vacant for so damn long.)
