Took longer than I thought for the first glass panel to be shattered at the Chase Bank.

The p&l district is 94% leased. Yes, even with the pad site that’s vacant on the corner of 14th and Main.
There should be more announcements yet this summer once paperwork is done.

Not sure I read this correct…you saying everything got leased even without the 14th and main getting a tenant?

Not exactly, the district's commercial space is at 94% leased. I always like to toss in something about the pad site (which is not leased) because some really hate the fact it's never been leased.TheUrbanRoo wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 11:01 amNot sure I read this correct…you saying everything got leased even without the 14th and main getting a tenant?

Just walked by there this weekend and thought "man that has never had a tenant ever". It's almost unbelievable. So 94%, that sounds like every storefront except that site would be leased then?DColeKC wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 11:03 amNot exactly, the district's commercial space is at 94% leased. If every single spot was leased besides that spot, it would probably be like 99.9%. That space is only 1400 square feet.KCPowercat wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 11:05 amJust walked by there this weekend and thought "man that has never had a tenant ever". It's almost unbelievable. I think there are 3 or 4 vacancies out of 60 or more.

Even with 1400 square feet, it would seem one could land an ice cream shop or Dunkin' Donuts.DColeKC wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 11:59 amIf every single spot was leased besides that spot, it would probably be like 99.9%. In Philadelphia this would be a 50 seat restaurant.FangKC wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2024 2:19 pmEven with 1400 square feet, it would seem one could land an ice cream shop or Dunkin' Donuts.DColeKC wrote: ↑Tue May 28, 2024 11:59 amIf every single spot was leased besides that spot, it would probably be like 99.9%.
