Mighty fine piece of property, that.

Looks lovely, but way too expensive for the location, for me.

I love the way it looks, but that's considerably more per square foot in rent than I'm paying now and more per square foot than for a comparable place in the Crossroads I looked at a couple years back.

Homeowners' Association Dues, paid by members for things like landscaping, repairs, and building upkeep.

I'm retarded. Time for bed. Also, I think this listing for for a rental. I suspected as much when I saw the big letters, "LOFT FOR RENT."

In this case, there probably are no HOA dues, considering becoming a resident wouldn't make you a HO.

My HOA dues in western auto include trash, water, window washing twice a year, gas (just fireplace & stove - my heat is electric), basic cable, 24 hr. door man, and as Budua indicated, landscaping and general upkeep of the common areas.  Your HOA rate is based on the percentage interest in ownership which I believe is tied back to your unit square footage.
