I have tried digging up information online, and it seems to be fairly tough to come by, but am I correct in thinking that retail sq footage goes for $15-$22 sq/ft inside the loop and approximately the same in the crossroads district?

I think it varies widely. I know Cupini's is not paying any rent for 2 years.
Are you sure we're talking about the same God here, because yours sounds kind of like a dick.
