HOK Tonight

Anyone know what the occassion for the searchlights is at HOK's new building... or something very close? I'm seeing them out my window and wondering if I should trek back out into the cold to check it out.

I just walked by. Looks like an open house. Didn't know if it was invite only, so I didn't stop... but would you put searchlights out for a private party?
Screw it, it is too cold for me to stand and speculate. Home I go.
