Building List enhancements

OK, I've made some upgrades to the pages that display the buildings. Not sure how much people even look at these but this is a great improvement.
First off, you can now sort any of the pages by any of the headers (that make sense) so by building name, height, stories, year built, etc.
Also, I've created a page that lists all buildings in 20 item chunks....this can also be sorted....
well, if anybody ever looks at it, let me know what you think...
I've also changed some stuff on the front page so when you display news or the webcam, it opens a more manageable window instead of a whole new browser.
