Frankie's on the Plaza

Ate at Frankie's this evening. Its a bit small, but has been finished very nicely. We were in there about 7:00 on Sunday and there were only 2 or 3 other tables occupied. The food was pretty good. Seafood, Pasta and meats, all in an Italian/Asian style. Entrees are about $14-$23. The bar looked like it would be a good place for happy hour.
