Price owned bob jones and parking lot. Vince Bryant owned the entire west side of the block. I think Spire is owned by someone else but either way haven’t seen it called mentioned specifically in any documents.

Dave, if you know that, then maybe you have insight into why the owner wants to keep it that way. It's inconceivable to me. If I were the owner, I'd be happy that I could make such a great contribution to the Crossroads and the city by developing or selling for development.

I don't feel like First Friday's have been a happening time in years due to the issues they had awhile back. Let me know if you go, I may need to give it another shot.

Ouch, I literally did no mean to do that. My bad.

it picked up quite a bit last year. There are just less open to the public galleries due to rents going up (that's my theory on it)

I didn’t realize it was going to be an Italian joint. Excited to give it a try once it opens. Same with that new place at Reverb.
