Price Brothers purchased the mega lot, right? Other than some exploratory work, nothing noticeable has happened lately.

It’s on the Area website now and the Loopnet listing is pretty recent.

Thy are listed on the GIS map. When was exploratory work done?

Anyone know what bars/restaurants are currently open for guests? Looking to plan a date night for tonight and hitting up a few spots in the crossroads area.

Any recommendations? She’s a wine lover and I’m a IPA and strong cocktail guy. I haven’t explored in that area for awhile.

Tannin or Novel. If just drinks Oak and Barrel has those things. All have outside if that's a requirement.

The Menlo (formerly Derma Doctor) building is effectively done with it's overhaul. Looks like just a sign at the McGee/19th corner is all that's missing. Really lovely in person and a big upgrade. The pics don't do it justice.

Found a permit for a new grocery store located at 130 W 18th in the Crossorads (Streetview). This is the space one door to the west of the old YJ's.

The permit doesn't have much of interest in it other than the name, "Grocery Store - Alynn Urban Market 18th LLC dba SAVI Provisions." FYI - you have to expand the light blue header to see the name if you are looking for it.

Savi provisions website shows less grocery store and more specialty market. Looks nice though!

I don't see it doing well on that side of crossroads, it's just so sleepy on the westside of Crossroads vs East Crossroads

I think it’s probably closer to the population center of the area than anything on the east side.

Definitely more population and then throw in the westside, no brainer.

I also see the northern part of west crossroads densifying a lot in the next ten years
