I'd been worried about this building because I hadn't seen any progress in a long time. It was a great relief when I noticed the framing the other day.

TBH, most would still tear it down. Matt Abbott is very much an exception.

I don't think the pairing is closing up, I think someone posted the wrong info or the post was confusing

"Tracks 215 LLC" has started acquiring the Belger Crossroads property as reflected by parcel viewer.

I'm confused isn't this all the tracks project renderings that we have a thread for?

Looks awesome thanks for sharing.

too bad there isn't space to go between the parking garage and the RR track instead of using 22nd street.

Too bad there isn't space to stay on 22nd for far longer and connect closer to residents

I found them on their own greenline website so I thought it wasn't Tracks 215 directly

I think the green line is very exciting. I question who will pay for it and how. It is supposed to be a loop around greater downtown, but the southern portion is the only leg BNIM is designing (understandably at the behest of Vince Bryant). That tells me we can mostly expect the southern leg to be all that happens. I'm curious what opportunities are available for value capture along the route and whether those opportunities are still available despite the TIF of the Tracks 215 property.

TL;DR: This looks really cool, but we just gave our last $30m to Waddell for a 900 space garage.
