Re: Karma?
I think it's more about agreeing/disagreeing with a particular post of a user.....take it however you wish.

Re: Karma?
To the left, directly beneath the karma, there are links. "Agree" & "Disagree". Click "Agree" and it gives the user +1 karma points. Disagree gives -1. You can only give points to a user once a day I believe.Ingersoll1978 wrote: Can someone explain to me how you give people karma? LOL I've been trying to figure this out for quite some time...LOL

Re: Karma?
Is there some reason a forumer wouldn't have the "Agree/Disagree" option? I was talking w/ ColDayMan and he doesn't have those buttons when logged in.

Re: Karma?
The buttons don't show on your own posts. Just on the posts of others. At least that is the way it is on my screen.KCN wrote: Is there some reason a forumer wouldn't have the "Agree/Disagree" option? I was talking w/ ColDayMan and he doesn't have those buttons when logged in.

Re: Karma?
It is under the karma rating for each person. There is an "agree" and "disagree" link that adds a vote to their karma.Ingersoll1978 wrote: I changed all of the themes and there are no buttons to click for karma. I have no idea how to change it. Oh well...LOL![]()

Re: Karma?
I'm new to this website and was wondering about the karma thing myself. I don't have the agree/disagree option either. Nice website & forums though. I see everything Ozone84 posted except for the agree/disagree. Not that I'd use it much, as opinions are, as they say, like..........Â
Just wondered.....
btw, I am not a virgin.

Re: Karma?
You won't see it for yourself. Only for others. Keeps you from pumping up your own stats. I gave you a +1 to get you started. Welcome!rockwood wrote: Â I don't have the agree/disagree option either.Â

Re: Karma?
rockwood you gotta have 10 posts before the karma option will work. Keeps people from creating various user names for the sole purpose of "karma spamming"

Re: Karma?
Man, there must be a bunch of users that just log on every day to give people negative karma. It seems like all of the regular posters are getting negative karma like mad. Is there a karma spammer afoot?

Re: Karma?
It would make more sense if it was about agreeing/disagreeing with each post, not history.
