It looks like you're trying to post a picture, but it's not materializing.

Isn't that where the Sealright building is? What was the final word on that controversy?KansasCityCraka wrote:What is going in above the sprint center
If there was a final word.

In every rendering I've seen it's gone, except for one (on the P&L webpage). It's replacement has always seemed to be open space. The diagonal building to the east of it stays....what is that building anyway?

Does anyone have a skyline picture of what KC will look like in 2007-2008?

What is going in above the sprint center?
This was mentioned in a thread as being a potential idea for the area to the north of the Sprint Center, but I don't believe there are any plans of the sort. I think a massive hotel/residential tower would be nice there.LCDSI wrote:in one of the discussion groups i was looking at the lot was being saved for a future hotel. i guess you could say phase ii of the power and light district.

I think it would be awsome if they put a tall building next to the sprint center, that way with all of the glass on the outside of the arena they would have something to look at besides all of the busy crowded streets that will be below.

hope not. they do have to provide 500 spaces next to the arena so it could be a parking garage.
I think we're looking too much into this first rendering. the arena now is to take up the land to 13th street.
