Does anyone know where Mayor Barnes lives?

Not her actual house or address, but merely the neighborhood.

And more specifically (forgive me if this is a dumb question), as Mayor of KCMO does that mean she's required/encouraged to live in Missouri? I'm in a silly argument with a friend (diehard Kansas fan who is blindly partisan pro-Kansas/anti-Missouri) and I want to make a point about how a KU grad now lives in Missouri, works in Missouri, etc...

she has to live in the city.

She lives in Briarcliff west

Of course she has to live in the city limits, just like all other elected officials and regular city employees. She lived in the South Plaza near Loose Park for 20-30 years before moving to Briarcliff West about 2 or 3 years ago.
