Garrett's Corner Market - Closed

For those of you that haven't been by, Garrett's closed permanently over the weekend. They had closed shop the week before for "cleaning and inventory". I noticed a large cardboard sign over the front door on Tuesday night that stated they had closed the doors for good.

This really sucks when you consider the convience factor for those of us that live in the market. It seemed like they were doing very well business-wise as well.

Very surprising.....

geez, I thought the owner was talking about opening another place around the new library @ 10th & Baltimore...
