Who is coming to the lighting?

Post by KCPowercat »

Well I went when I was a wee one and now that I live on the Plaza, I'm going to be taking in my first on my own (with friends of course)....don't have to worry about parking of course but I was wondering about afterwards....I've always heard a lot of people hit the bars after the lighting.

Any tips from any lighting veterns? Where to stand, etc.

I usually try and go every year. If you can find room go to the top of Sak's parking garage. Always a good spot. This year is going to be a challenge for me. My new girlfriend works at North Kansas City Hospital and will be on-call that night. If she get's called in she has to be there within 30 minutes. I usually park near Loose Park.
Calling a spade a spade.
