Center Planning & Development meeting
Center Planning & Development has had some very good presenters lately. On Tuesday, February 28, at 6 pm presenter will have updates on the Watts Mill Plaza shopping center (Ace Hardware), new recycle bins for residents, and crime in south KC.
The meeting takes place at 7 pm at the Trailside Center, 9901 Holmes Rd.
The organization also announced that after their last meeting, Barstow Schools is installing a six-foot privacy fence by the parking lot that will provide a light and noise barrier for the neighbors and install a second six-foot security fence on school property close to the property line. Kudos to Barstow for taking heed to neighbors' concerns.
