^One billion is a lot less than nine billion.
I am surprised that the proposed Missouri state gov't budget is over $50 billion, presumably this includes some additional one-time items beyond this one billion for Interstate 70 improvements. The total budget was $30 billion before Covid.

The final steel span of the new Rocheport bridge is in. This is moving lot quicker than the Buck O'Neil, but it is a simpler pair of spans without any interchange.
