Northpoint is proposing a 342-unit development, known as "Ascent" just east of their HQ at the very northern tip of North KC (actually within the city of KCMO limits). The project's address is 3350 North Holmes Street and 3301 North Cherry Street. Rosemann is the architect.

I didn't know Northpoint was using the old Farmland HQ. That's pretty cool. How many people do they employ in KC now?

Unsure how many they employ today but they've grown a lot over the last few years. Have really brought life back to the Farmland building post-Cerner; the parking lot is always full and it looks like they've put a bunch of money into it (landscaping and interior updates/build-out). Nice to see a home-grown RE company expand like this, and continue to branch out into residential from their industrial roots..

Pretty close to my very unscientific LinkedIn search, which had 281 people working in the KC for Northpoint Development and Northpoint Logistics
