Averst Bank to demolish bank at 31st/Prospect for new building
This is a shame, it's the best looking building on prospect and they are replacing it with a suburban trash style bank.

Looking at this on google maps,it is a nice looking building. Stumbled on to a time slip in maps when looking at the drive through. You'll see the Max bus stop then the old bus stop.
If you're not on the EDGE, you're taking up TOO MUCH ROOM!

It really sucks. I wish they would just sell and build a new purpose build bank on one of our other numerous parking/vacant lots throughout that area.
