With the political discourse getting more and more toxic, and since all the mods are a bunch of old forty-somethings now who, like me, have families and other major obligations that take away from the business of keeping kcrag civil, I think it's time to recruit some new moderators. I don't see any reason to remove any mods or admins, but I do think we need some people with more of a stake in the current discussion to join the team.
