It's pretty bad and you're lucky if you have someone coming out to fix them even if the fix is half-ass. I called 311 about a bunch of potholes in the east bottoms (which arguably have the worst streets in all of the city) 2 weeks ago and so far nothing. 10 years ago when I would call 311, a crew would be out the same day and now there are more potholes and it seems there are fewer people to fix them.
