SE29 apartments. Will have 736 Minnesota be demolished for parking smh. There's a parking lot directly West of development site, and a vacant lot directly North of the McDonalds. It's as simple as making a parking agreement and putting a reasonable pedestrian crossing across 8th St that could save the building which seems perfectly functional and even kind of pleasant.

KDG LLC will present its plans to the Unified Government's Economic Development and Finance Committee on Monday for the $20.9 million redevelopment of the Brotherhood Bank building at 745 State Ave. to construct 29 apartments and a renovated office space, according to UG documents.
