Article reads as if it's anti-warehouses looking for a way to stop the industry. Article even mentions the top warehouse owners use combined water as 325 homes. An Amazon warehouse is using water for bathrooms, water fountains, and fire protection.

I was curious why allegedly wharehouses allegedly use so much water. I'd like to understand that reasoning. Agreed that diesel truck emissions are bad obviously and that they are on the fringes of city (lengthening commutes for lower-income workers) but not following the water angle versus other development. The mayor of Joliet sounds like a jackass though.
