Fairway Market coming to next to Whataburger.

Bagel place that use to be in Liberty relocating here and has a place Power and Light District and 103rc Metcalf Shops.

It's Messhugah bagles for anyone wondering. I'm a big fan of their bagels but warning they put a ton of cream cheese on them. The current location was small and lacked much seating. Hopefully this will lead to a big increase in their business.

Yes. The only reason they're closing is because their lease was apparently up.

Yes that's the name but not 7 Bew Coffee.

Scooters coffee and spec building going in Lot 2B. Apparently Q39 may also build here, but I haven't seen that confirmed just heard the rumor. They have been talking about building north in Liberty area since 2017 (in news reports I Googled). Their founder passed away last year so idk.

Also Tiffany Springs East or what ever called on lot 3 a Restaurant but continued to next meeting.
