I was in KC recently. I noticed that Main is undergoing considerable roadwork from near downtown all the way to near the Plaza. Is this work for the streetcar expansion or is it just maintenance?
Actually, there was considerable roadwork going on throughout the metro and especially in KCMO. Kind of difficult to get around at times.
