It's actually going to be further east, next door to Casey's across from the airport (at Pflumm & 151st). A sign has been up for months.

But story says near I-35 and 151st and Plfumm Road isn't hear any highway.

Google maps is wrong, or so it seems. If you type in the address they give, it IS near I-35. But the Casey's at Pflumm & 151st is listed as just a few numbers different than the stated Fareway (not Faraway) address. Someone screwed up with the press release. Like I previously said, a sign has been posted in the empty lot next to that Casey's for awhile.

Is Fareway only opening the meat markets in KC? Any of their full service stores coming?

KCBJ says Fareway still considering previously approved re-development plan. In addition, they are looking at additional stores in KC near Liberty. Details to be released in comming months. I would hazard a guess that it would go in the Valley View Shops by Andys and future Whataburger & QT.
