The Admiral Street Best Western is being converted to a Holliday Inn. Existing structures will be renovated with some new building additions as well.
Owner: Lotus Financial
Architect: WGN
A brand conversion & renovation project of an existing 111 unit Comfort Inn Hotel, transforming it into a 109 unit IHG - Holiday Inn Hotel w/ a new restaurant, bar, kitchen, fitness center, meeting room & lounge on the 1st floor. An existing guestroom & laundry room on the 2nd floor will be demolished on the 2nd floor to create a new 2-story lobby on the 1st floor. The pool in the basement remains.

There once was some sort of stone observation structure on Admiral similar to that on Quality Hill called the Belvedere.
