I remember railing about the trash dumpster where that land is when the hotel project was first announced. Hopefully, they will find a way to connect this new development to Lidia's and Jack's Stack and other buildings with a visible walking path under the Main St overpass. This would be a huge win for bringing traffic to this part of the Crossroads and building some synergy across Main.

Yes, but look at the considerable space still there for connection and would provide direct access to the bridge to Union Station. I never understood the dumpster there. Why would a hotel put a deterrent to great amenities like Freighthouse dining and Union Station. I hate that hotel.

This is an amazing project that will really fill in a major gap between downtown and crown center. Hope it gets built.
