https://www-bizjournals-com.kclibrary.i ... house.htmlLux's suit against 3D's Tracks 215 LLC, filed Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court, accuses the developer of not meeting closing conditions for two parcels southeast of 20th and Walnut streets. Lux won approval in November to build a seven-story, 246-apartment complex, called the Freight House Village apartments, with support from incentives that 3D previously had secured for the site.

Well the residential portion has shown up in a lawsuit regarding the sale of the land, so life support?

Will this be the first of many lawsuits brought forth by LuxLiving? They've sure had their share of them in St. Louis.

Lawsuits delayed the Jonathan Arnold project at 2nd and Delaware, but it was finished.

Lux out, 3D looking for a new builder of residential component. https://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/ ... g-lux.html
Would be nice to get a top 20 national developer in here and knock it out.

Man I hope that doesn't mean Lux is going to ditch the 14th & Wyandotte project too

I guarantee the dropping of 20th and Walnut is because of that lawsuit crap they pulled a while back. I personally think it would be best if 14th and Wyandotte is killed and handed off to someone else. For their benefit and the benefit of the city.TheUrbanRoo wrote: ↑Wed Oct 04, 2023 2:44 pm Man I hope that doesn't mean Lux is going to ditch the 14th & Wyandotte project too

Superior Moving building is listed for sale: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/2020-20 ... /30336224/
Podium is still listed for investment/lease/sale, land is in PIEA & Belger control. PIEA is supposed to issue an RFP at some point.
