It’s nothing special really. I went by it tonight and it’s just a few JLG lifts. They’re likely being stored there for future use on fixing up the 3 Light podium.

Friend of mine who works for Cordish said they updated everyone Friday at their company holiday event. One of those updates was new renderings of 4L and that an announcement will be coming soon. She said they made it sound like they’re moving faster than originally planned. So very likely there could be 3 projects happening at the same time.

3 projects as in 3l, 4l, and one side of Main south of Truman or as in 4l and both sides of Main south of Truman after 3l is done? Either would be exciting.

^Or could be 4L, and 2 projects south of Truman. Either one is possible.

3L, Saxton Reno, 4L?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's what he's referring to. Saxton is the old name for the project and has been dropped for "Midland Lofts" from what I understand

Any further detail on the rendering? Did it look good? How did it compare to the previous three towers?

It looked slightly different than what I’ve seen in the past but taller with a huge ballroom type room on the top floor at its highest point.

On 3 projects overlapping. Midland, Project across the highway and 4L. That’s the order I’d put them in as far as ground breaking too.

When you say project across interstate, is that just the one tower or both of them south of Truman?

I don’t know if that project is planned in phases or is one big build.

I feel like Cordish’s play in the past is to propose/move things as the council transitions between electeds.

Cordish does the same thing every time. 4 light will start when they lease 3 light to a level they're okay with.

Unless they bring in outside financing, just ignore their bs.

It will be interesting to see how the 14th and Wyandotte tower will affect the calculations Cordish makes.

From ground breaking or talking about it?

Also, I wonder if the new Strata site news could be it now.
