Re: Tracks 215 Project
Really hoping it pulls through to the finish line and the groundwater issues didn't tank the budget.

Re: Tracks 215 Project
We have been in contact with the superintendent. Original finish was spring 2025, now pushed to July. They claim they are basically on schedule, which just astonishes me. I know we are in a different world, but I don't think we can state this enough: the Empire State Building was completed in 410 days!

Re: Tracks 215 Project
Previous TIF amendment (Jan 2021) expected a April 2021-March 2023 (23 months) construction timeline. Broke ground Dec 2021. New schedule states Dec 2021-July 2025 (42 months) construction phase.

Wow thanks for the photos. I used to live in Arterra and haven't seen it for awhile. I miss it a little even though it was kind of crappy

Thanks for all the photos today Chris. How about swinging over to Beacon Hill and updating us on new houses on Forest Avenue?

It's only been just over two years, but for some reason it feels like this has been under construction for a long time
