There’s a new Spring Hill opening right there at 45th/Madison. A few hotels there could help slow traffic down a bit along that stretch.

The proposed land use for this hotel is much better than the Spring Hill hotel.

Uh yeah. You'd be amazed how many people from Kansas go the wrong way on that street.

Have seen this so many times.

On the 4408 lot indicated there looks like there is limited room. I am interested to see any plans submitted. It would surely have to be entirely above a structured parking lot of some kind.
