Whataburger update: looks like the concrete pad is finished, some lumber elements stacked on site - I'd expect walls to go up shortly.

Old Sears main building: they seem to be doing some work, although not clear what exactly. That is all now closed off so can't drive around for a better view.

Lifetime Fitness rumor.

Site plan plan linked above does not show Sears building; they are making quick progress this week of knocking it down.

Interesting, that actually makes sense from what can be seen on the site - nothing really happening on the north and west sides, but it looks like they are demolishing on the east side - but no good view of it.

Worse than a strip mall, this is a bunch of freestanding buildings in a sea of asphalt parking. I do not see any retention ponds for all the rain run off.

Drove through last evening, Texas Roadhouse is open and quite busy.

QT now has pumps in place, but it looks like the shelves are still empty inside.

No sign of any work being done on the other sites at the location.

This QT is the 100th KC location according to a sign out in front.
