Reverb has been sold to a sovereign wealth fund benefitting the Seminole Tribe in Florida. The same entity also owns the Arterra apartment building in the Crossroads.

Noticed that the retail space on the north side was getting a slab poured today and there appeared to be plumbing piping installed. Any idea if the space is going to be something or being used by the building?

Bar Medici is now open and is really good! They did a lot with such a small space. Doesn't feel like you're in part of the parking garage at all.

Heads up, they want your credit card before they seat you.
