Agree. Huge missed opportunity, IMO. Decent mix of uses but the overall generic suburban plan is awful. Even the proposed Top Golf-alike would have been better.
you want Sky Golf then.

This area has been slow to develop & is really nothing. Kind of seems out of place what is there. Looks like development of a small down off the highway. Like Russell, KS off I70. Just dull. But it beats nothing

Did The Fresh Market end up backing out of this development? Would love to see them come back to the area but I read somewhere that they were no longer part of the development.

Yes, it's my understanding they have yet to land a grocery tenant as promised, due to lack of nearby households. Unsure where this stands currently.

North Kansas City is ending its development agreement with One North over failure to land a grocery store in the development.
